Are you a data-driven advertising pro with a knack for strategy and collaboration? Join CyberMark as a Digital Advertising Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving growth for our clients through cutting-edge digital campaigns. In this highly technical role, you’ll collaborate with clients and the CyberMark team to build, monitor, optimize, and scale paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Search and Display, Meta, Microsoft Search, Amazon DSP, Basis, and YouTube. We leverage marketing process automation software to streamline campaign launches and management. While experience with similar tools is a plus, don’t worry if you’re used to working directly in Google or Meta—we’ll train you on our internal systems. The advertising specialist’s role involves launching and managing digital ad campaigns across their book of business, maintaining client relationships through education and communication, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising strategies and performance insights. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their accounts, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about helping brands succeed. Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships and ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded. Understand client objectives, anticipate needs, and develop actionable plans to foster growth through digital advertising strategies. Present performance data effectively to clients and keep internal teams informed of key initiatives and challenges. Launch localized ad campaigns in line with brand standards and developed blueprint strategies. Perform keyword and audience research to develop campaigns strategies across search and social channels. Write effective ad copy for search, social, and video ads, as well as landing pages. Analyze account performance using captured data to identify underperforming areas and improve results, aligning campaigns with industry benchmarks. Ensure client campaigns meet objectives and reflect best practices, using data insights to drive actionable recommendations. Qualifications Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute effective account plans. Results-driven, focused on client satisfaction, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Agency or similar experience managing multiple accounts with demonstrated success. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Current Google Search Ads Certification. Meta and Basis certifications are a plus! Expert knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, FB Business Manager), and tools (e.g., WordPress, MS Office products, Accelo). Willingness to contribute to a fun, collaborative environment, grow professionally, and get things done. Franchise or multi-location experience recommended. Marketing automation, TikTok, Programmatic, OTT/CTV, Waze, and other platforms are a plus!
