Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Level IV NICU experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide respiratory care for neonates, pediatrics, and adults across various units including the adult floor and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients in the NICU and adult units.
• Perform assessments and implement care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies performed via various modalities.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and neonatal transports within the hospital.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as Servo U and Hamilton C-1 ventilators.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of RRT experience, with NICU and adult critical care experience preferred.
• Current Washington State Respiratory license.
• National certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS.
• Experience with high frequency oscillators or high frequency jet ventilators is highly preferred.
