Responsibilities Provide outstanding clinical care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering injections, performing EKGs and office testing, and assisting with procedures Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, medication refills, and patient follow-up Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support quality initiatives Monitor patient flow, maintain clinical supplies, and ensure exam rooms are fully stocked Assist with staff training, workflow improvement, and implementation of office SOPs Support front office operations to deliver an exceptional patient experience Experience with or on the job training in practice operations management Qualifications Required Current MA certification or LPN license Minimum 3 years of physician office experience Strong EMR and computer skills Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred Family Medicine or Primary Care experience Experience with referrals, prior authorizations, and quality measures Leadership or supervisory experience Why Join Us?
