Are you passionate about helping homeowners solve problems and improve their properties? Rain Gutter Medic is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team as In-Home Sales Representatives .
In this consultative sales role, you'll meet directly with homeowners, assess their needs, provide customized solutions, and guide them through the entire sales process. You'll represent a trusted company specializing in gutter systems, gutter guards, siding, soffit and fascia services, repairs, and exterior home improvement solutions. Rain Gutter Medic has been serving Utah homeowners since 2009 and is known for its commitment to customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and professional service.
Whether you have previous home improvement sales experience or are looking to grow within a customer-focused sales environment, you'll receive the training, support, and resources needed to succeed.
What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
Inspect and evaluate customer needs related to gutters, gutter protection systems, siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior home improvements.
Educate homeowners on available products, services, and solutions.
Prepare and present customized project recommendations and estimates.
Guide customers through the entire sales process from consultation to signed agreement.
Build trust and long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with prospective customers.
Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and project information.
Consistently work toward individual sales and performance goals.
