We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Culinary Aide / Server to join our team and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for the elders we serve. What You'll Do

As a Culinary Aide / Server, you will play an important role in supporting our residents' health and well-being by:

• Serving meals, snacks, and beverages to residents
• Taking food and drink orders in the dining room
• Assisting with food preparation and presentation
• Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areas
• Assisting with food storage and inventory
• Supporting special events and community gatherings
• Helping ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Creating a positive dining experience through friendly, respectful service

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

• A passion for serving seniors and providing excellent customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (bilingual is a plus)
• Food service experience preferred (healthcare or senior living experience is a plus)
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and quality

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Food Handler Certification (we can help!)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain (we can help!)
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
