About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be responsible for strategic financial leadership, ensuring that financial strategies align with the organization's mission and long-term sustainability. This role involves serving as a key advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team, and leading financial activities such as modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. The CFO will also oversee all accounting functions, maintain compliance with financial regulations, and lead the annual budgeting and financial planning processes. In addition to financial management, the CFO will have a significant role in real estate and capital projects, providing financial oversight for substantial assets and participating in community development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit financial management, including experience with GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, and regulatory compliance. They should be adept at managing treasury operations, investments, and risk, and have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing finance teams. The CFO will be expected to drive continuous process improvement, collaborate across various functions, and deliver clear financial reporting and strategic recommendations to support the organization's growth and impact.
