Assembler / Packer - Mechanical & Electrical

Oconomowoc, WI 53066
**1st Shift: **6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)
**Rate: **$18/hour

Responsibilities

Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
Efficiently pack finished products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and undamaged.
Conduct quality checks on assembled items to maintain high standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in assembly or packing roles is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
