Assembler / Packer - Mechanical & Electrical
- Oconomowoc, WI 53066
- **1st Shift: **6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)
- **Rate: **$18/hour

Responsibilities- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Efficiently pack finished products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and undamaged.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled items to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in assembly or packing roles is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
