Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability Train, mentor, and lead restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service Manage inventory, including ordering and controlling food and beverage costs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Foster a positive and collaborative team environment Analyze financial performance and create budgets Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience Promote a culture of sustainability and health within the restaurant Coordinate with marketing efforts to promote the restaurant’s healthy offerings Requirements 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual setting Strong leadership and team management skills Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities High school diploma; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
