Manage promotions and marketing on behalf of our client· Coordinate daily promotional activities· Ensure marketing practices are successful from beginning to end· Responsible for setting up appointments and meeting with clients' potential and existing customers· Maintain regular and effective communication· Develop and train new team members and advise management on marketing strategies· Being a brand ambassador for the company and always representing the brand positively.· Reporting to management on sales numbers and activitiesQualifications of Marketing Associate:· Previous experience in a retail/customer service setting· High School completed, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree· Ability to work well under pressure· Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment· Ability to multi-task· Strong leadership skills· Excellent communication skills· Reliable· Positive attitude and self-motivated· Works well with minimum supervision· Outgoing and extroverted Nova Marketing Group Inc is a results-driven marketing firm based in Oklahoma City, OK, dedicated to helping businesses grow through innovative and strategic marketing solutions.
