Job Description We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Corporate Staff Accountant to maintain accurate books for corporate entities. Corporate accounting is the primary focus of this role, with a smaller portion dedicated to treasury support and routine office coordination for our Logan office. Responsibilities Corporate Accounting Maintain general ledger records, prepare journal entries, and support month-end and year-end close. Process accounts payable and receivable, record receipts and payments, and reconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts. Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and assist with monthly financial statements and supporting schedules. Maintain organized accounting records and provide documentation for tax preparation, audits, and management requests. Treasury Support Maintain accurate treasury records and tracking spreadsheets and organize supporting documents in the appropriate folders using consistent file names. Prepare and submit bank-requested documentation, track outstanding requests, and follow up as needed. Assist with other treasury and administrative tasks as assigned. Office Coordination Coordinate mail, deliveries, office supplies, and occasional meeting or team activity needs. Serve as the contact for routine office maintenance and service requests; assist with filing and other occasional administrative tasks. Track entity renewal deadlines and coordinate timely filings to keep entity registrations current. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting required. At least two years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end support. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or Yardi experience is a plus. Experience maintaining treasury records and preparing bank documentation is preferred; multi-entity or real-estate accounting experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information. Ability to manage deadlines, follow through independently, communicate clearly, and ask questions promptly. Work Environment & Schedule This is a full-time, in-office position based in Cache Valley, Utah, with core business hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
