Staff Accountant, Lewisville (2 days/week in office)

LHH is recruiting for a Staff Accountant position for a service company in the Lewisville, TX area. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience to join a growing organization with a strong culture and excellent benefits. *The salary range for this position is 80K-90K base + bonus and is hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days work from home)* Responsibilities include: Manage fixed assets ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Administer capitalization, depreciation, retirements, and transfers of fixed assets. Perform reconciliations of fixed asset accounts Adhere to GAAP and applicable regulations in fixed asset reporting. Support operations to track construction-in-progress and facilitate timely capitalization. Provide necessary reports and schedules to support internal and external audits. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to address them.
