Role Licensed Electrician responsible for diagnosing troubleshooting electrical issues, installing new systems, and ensuring client systems operate safely, efficiently, and up to code in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair electrical systems, from simple outlet issues to complex industrial systems. Install and maintain electrical systems, lighting, outlets, and related components. Deliver high‑quality customer service and build lasting relationships. Respond to customer emergencies when required. Document work, track progress, and ensure compliance with code and safety regulations. What You Bring (Required Experience) WI State Journeyman license. Hands‑on expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems. Deep knowledge of codes, regulations, and safety practices. Strong people skills and ability to explain technical issues to clients. Self‑starter attitude and independence in managing daily workload. Enjoyment of varied daily challenges and new problems. Bonus Points For (Preferred Experience) Out‑of‑state journeyman license. Master’s license. Proficiency in Arc Flash and thermal imaging reports.
