• Deliver essential nursing care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with wound care.
• Support patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety every step of the way.
• Collaborate closely with RNs and healthcare professionals to implement and update patient care plans effectively.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation to uphold high standards of care.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and safe healthcare environment that puts patients first.

Requirements

• Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience in healthcare settings is appreciated, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally important.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, caring demeanor.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative care environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
