Be part of a collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented team where together we can achieve excellence and make a meaningful impact.Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Support implementation and enforcement of site environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards* Partner with the site Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to maintain systems aligned with Occupational Safety and Health Administration General Industry regulations and International Organization for Standardization 14001 standards* Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance environmental, health, and safety performance across the facility* Conduct and support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action implementation* Provide daily in-plant guidance to operations, maintenance, contractors, and technical teams to ensure safe work execution* Coordinate field audits and safety observations, ensuring findings are tracked and resolved through corrective actions* Deliver and improve environmental, health, and safety training programs to strengthen employee awareness and capability* Maintain accurate records and reporting systems for environmental, health, and safety metrics and regulatory compliance* Support emergency preparedness programs, including maintaining and updating emergency response plans and participating in response teams**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Associate degree or higher with five or more years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a manufacturing environment* Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration General Industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements* Experience implementing and maintaining site-wide environmental, health, and safety programs and management systems* Proven ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive a strong safety culture* Strong problem-solving skills, including experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
