Receptionist/Cashier - Part Time (Maplewood)

Part Time OpportunityThis is a part time opportunity on our team 2-3 days during the week from 2:00PM-8:00PM and every other Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm.This position will serve the Sales & Parts Departments and must be able to work independently on the weekends in our front office.Responsibilities:Operate switchboard telephone systemCommunicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on holdProvide basic information to callers who have general inquiriesReceive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employeesFiling & scanning needs of Sales paperwork & title documentsAssist the Controller with various clerical duties as neededRequirements:Excellent communication and organizational skillsExperience using Microsoft Office suiteWell organizedAbility to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check Merit Chevrolet
