Installation Foreman – Furniture Delivery & Install

Goodmans is looking for a Foreman who knows how to lead from the front. This isn't a stand-back-and-watch role—you'll be in the work, guiding your crew, solving problems, and making sure every job gets done safely, efficiently, and the right way.

If you've got experience, take pride in your work, and know how to keep a team moving and accountable, we want you on our crew.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team delivering and installing furniture at job sites
• Work alongside your crew—this is hands-on leadership
• Plan the job, keep it on track, and make adjustments when things change
• Spot problems early and handle them before they slow the team down
• Make sure installations are done right the first time—reduce callbacks and punch lists
• Communicate clearly with your team, management, and customers
• Keep jobs organized, documented, and completed to spec
• Set the tone for safety, quality, and work ethic on every job
• Train and mentor crew members—help them get better every day

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading crews in installation, delivery, warehouse, or similar work
• Strong knowledge of furniture installation or related field preferred
• A leader who holds people accountable—but also earns respect
• Someone who solves problems instead of passing them along
• Reliable, organized, and able to keep multiple moving parts under control
• Clear communicator with both the crew and customers
• Takes pride in quality work and expects the same from the team

Physical Side of the Job

This is still a working foreman role—you'll be in it every day:

• Lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
• Push/pull up to 100 lbs (with help)
• Stay on your feet—walking, bending, climbing, lifting throughout the day
• Use tools and work with your hands consistently
