This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with long-term growth potential. Ideal Background: Multi-entity and/or global accounting experience Strong GAAP knowledge Advanced Excel and analytical skills Healthcare experience is a plus Key Responsibilities: Own month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, expense schedules, and support accurate GAAP reporting Review and reconcile banking activity, AP, AR, payroll, and cash transactions across multiple entities Process intercompany transactions and maintain accurate general ledger activity Perform variance and flux analysis, assist with audits, and respond to auditor requests Support fixed assets, accruals, prepaids, and revenue recognition Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controls Assist with developing financial policies and supporting strategic finance initiatives This role offers excellent exposure within a growing healthcare organization and a clear path for upward mobility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Elite Group
