Estimator - Federal Projects - Remote - $100k

A growing construction firm is seeking a Proposal Manager / Senior Estimator to lead federal bid strategy, identify new opportunities, and develop competitive proposals. This role is fully remote and offers the chance to work on meaningful government projects across the East Coast while reporting directly to senior leadership. Client Details Our client is a privately held construction company with nearly 30 years of experience focused primarily on federal government work. With a lean, highly experienced team and a strong reputation for navigating complex, compliance-heavy projects, they maintain long-term partnerships and a consistent backlog driven by multi-year contract awards across the Northeast.
