Henderson Oral Surgery is seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and our clinical team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the treatment process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and compassionately.
• Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments and follow-ups in collaboration with clinical staff.
• Assist patients with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients to address questions, concerns, and ensure understanding of treatment plans.
• Work closely with oral surgeons and clinical team to facilitate seamless patient care.
• Promote patient compliance and satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office, preferably in oral surgery or specialty practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex treatment plans and financial information clearly.
• Proficient with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, day shift
• Must be local and able to commute daily

Special Requirements:

• Working on-site is essential to the function of this position.
• Must be able to stand up to 80% of the time at minimum.
• Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing, and keyboarding, may lift up to 25 lbs.
