Hands-on Product Owner with deep experience in managing digital products related to facility management, security services and maintenance operations (e.g., HVAC, refrigeration, work order tracking). This role will be instrumental in building and scaling a technician-focused platform for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a product owner for building and scaling facility maintenance and security services platforms.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, UX, engineering, and architecture teams to translate business problems into product features.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate across Customer's teams to align requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional conversations and effectively communicate, negotiate, and articulate product strategy to all stakeholders.
• Identify and address potential risks in delivery, technology, and business alignment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong domain experience in facility management systems or field service operations.
• Deep understanding of technician scheduling, task tracking, and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with UI/UX, engineering, and QA teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications : Bachelor's in engineering/ Master in Engineering / Master in Computer Science
