Sales Support SpecialistAs a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be an important piece of the puzzle that keeps our customers and internal teams moving forward. You'll work closely with Sales and Product teams to keep orders on track, information accurate, and customers informed. From managing order details and customer requests to reviewing forecasts and tracking inventory, your organization and attention to detail will help everything run smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy solving problems, staying one step ahead, and helping a team succeed, this could be a great fit.Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 / hourlyLocation: Eden Prairie, MinnesotaWhat You Will Do?Build strong customer relationships by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and providing timely, professional supportCollaborate with Sales, Product Management, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to advocate for customer needs and support successful order outcomesMaintain accurate sales, order, purchasing, vendor, and customer data to keep internal systems and business processes running smoothlyMonitor customer forecasts and order activity to identify when purchase orders should be released, rescheduled, expedited, or canceledUse attention to detail and sound judgment to help balance customer expectations, inventory availability, and operational needsTrack and manage Master Electronics-owned inventory at customer locations to ensure products are accurately accounted for and available when neededCommunicate order updates, risks, and next steps clearly so customers and internal partners can make informed decisionsTake ownership of follow-up and problem-solving to help keep orders moving and deliver a reliable customer experienceWhat You Bring To The Table!Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional emails and customer-facing documents.
