Product Owner Senior

Location: Onsite in McLean VA, Atlanta GA or Dallas TX

Duration: 06+ months Contract (Possibility Conversion)

Technical Must Haves:

• Technical Product Manager who can also maintain roadmaps.
• Experience supporting an Agile environment.
• Must haves be data heavy applications - any background with Spark, Python.
• DB experience is required, but a specific DB is unnecessary (Snowflake or NoSQL would be a plus). AWS Cloud Technologies, EC2, CloudWatch, EC2, S3 are absolute must haves.
• Any experience with Docker and Kubernetes would be a big plus.

Job Duties:

• Manage design and development of data product comprising reusable data pipelines to support batch processing of large volumes of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data
• Manage product backlog, epics and features and prioritize by closely working with CPO and business/IT stakeholders
• Set a vision for the product, define roadmap hands-on data analysis and documentation.
• Execute and deliver product vision and solutions to solve business problems
• Drives continuous improvement of the product management process by documenting and reviewing processes and procedures
• Drive requirements with automation first mindset.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data product management, platform development and data technology
• 3+ years of database technologies Oracle, DB2, Mongo DB, NoSQL DBs, PostgreSQL, Snowflake
• Experience with any of Cloud technologies like AWS S3, EC2, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes/Amazon EKS, EMR, Hadoop
• Experience with Attunity, Kafka, AMQ or similar streaming tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable
• Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry is desirable
