What You'll Do Fill light industrial roles - pickers, packers, forklift operators, material handlers, assemblers, machine operators, general labor - across Riverside and the Inland Empire Run full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, schedule, onboard, and follow up Manage 40+ open requisitions at a time and move candidates from application to start date fast Build pipelines before peak season hits, not after Source through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals Handle first-day follow-ups, attendance issues, and associate escalations Keep clean records in our ATS and stay compliant with I-9 and E-Verify What You Bring 1 3 years of recruiting or high-volume staffing experience (light industrial a big plus) Comfort with fast turnaround and high requisition loads Strong phone and in-person communication - you can talk to a warehouse associate and a plant manager in the same hour Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Experience with Bullhorn, Avionte, or similar ATS preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr CTC
