Recruiter
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: 30-35$ per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for all non-driver positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with preparing and extending employment offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within Paylocity.
• Support onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and coordination.
• Ensure recruiting practices align with Company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Track recruiting activity and provide status updates and reports.
• Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience using Paylocity or another applicant tracking system (Paylocity experience strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions while providing excellent support to candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting in transportation, logistics, or a similar industry preferred
