• Utilizing our system to oversee candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focusing on permanent placements that bring sustained value to clients and robust earnings for you.
• Participating in thought leadership as we work to elevate both our brand and yours.

• Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on our system will be provided).
• Harbor an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to construct something sustainable.
