Job Summary

A growing organization in the food and beverage production industry is seeking a bilingual Corporate Recruiter to join its team in San Bernardino, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting hiring managers, and helping fill a wide range of roles from high-volume production and labor positions to specialized and professional openings.

The Corporate Recruiter will play an important role in supporting workforce growth, improving candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive hiring experience. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment and wants to contribute to a team-oriented workplace with supportive leadership, strong communication, and meaningful impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, and onboarding.
- Recruit for high-volume labor, production, operations, and specialized professional roles across the organization.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, networking, and local workforce resources.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, hiring timelines, and recruitment priorities.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in applicant tracking systems and support job fairs, employer branding, and talent acquisition initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: San Bernardino, CA.
