About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role that demands a seasoned professional with a background in top-tier strategy consulting and a proven track record of operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the CEO, responsible for operationalizing the company's most critical strategic priorities and decisions. This includes shaping and driving the execution of company-wide initiatives, creating and maintaining key performance indicators, and ensuring the organization is aligned and focused on what matters. The role requires the ability to influence and align senior executives, as well as the agility to move between different leadership styles as the business needs dictate. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience, with a significant portion spent in a strategy consulting environment. The role calls for an individual with exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and commercial acumen, who can bring a hands-on, operator mindset to the table. The ideal candidate will have a continuous learning mindset, be adept at using AI and emerging tools to enhance business processes, and possess the judgement and executive presence to act as a trusted advisor.
