The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and experience accurately transcribing information from voice recognition software, audio recordings, and dictation systems.

This role will be responsible for converting recorded information into accurate written documentation, organizing files, and ensuring documents are properly maintained and accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio recordings, voice recognition software outputs, and dictated content into accurate written documents.
• Review and edit transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and completeness.
• Organize, manage, and maintain electronic documents and files.
• Ensure documentation is properly categorized, stored, and easily accessible.
• Utilize dictation software and transcription tools to efficiently process documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation.
• Assist with document formatting, revisions, and administrative support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with transcription, administrative support, document management, or related roles preferred.
• Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working with voice recognition software, dictation tools, or transcription platforms.
• Ability to organize and manage large volumes of documents.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
