Job Description

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting an inspiring Autism and Early Years Program serving students with moderate to severe cognitive needs. This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to make a significant impact, focusing on providing expert behavioral guidance, designing effective interventions, and championing student success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Background working with students who have moderate to severe cognitive abilities
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to create and implement tailored behavioral programs
  • Compassionate, patient, and motivated by student progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive behavioral oversight for the Autism and Early Years Program
  • Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Offer direct student support and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Train and coach educational staff in behavioral strategies
  • Maintain detailed progress records and adjust plans to maximize student development
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and program assessments

This contract runs from August 24, 2026, through June 16, 2027, for 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You’ll play an essential role in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment committed to helping each student thrive.
