Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support an Autism and Early Years Program serving students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities. This full-time, on-site position runs from August 2026 to June 2027 and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact working collaboratively within a dedicated educational team.

In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise to deliver behavioral oversight and program development. Your contributions will help foster an environment where students can achieve greater independence and social success, while assisting teachers and staff with evidence-based strategies tailored to individual student needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Must hold active BCBA certification (required)
• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive challenges (particularly within Autism and Early Years populations)
• Demonstrated ability to design and guide implementation of behavior intervention plans in educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistency in approach
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on behavioral strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed, providing expert guidance
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards

This contract position provides a stable Monday–Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week, fully on-site for direct engagement with both students and staff.
