Position: Production Supervisor
Agency: Alltex Personnel
Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour
Location: (Insert location)
Shifts: Rotating – 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
PPE Required: Steel-toe shoes
Language Requirement: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily machine operations to ensure production goals are consistently met.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and verify proper machine setup before and during operation.
- Monitor product quality and complete all required QA documentation accurately and on time.
- Train, coach, and assign employees based on skill level and competency.
- Maintain full safety compliance, enforce safety procedures, and report any incidents immediately.
- Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal departments.
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Prior supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Ability to lead teams, train employees, and maintain high production standards.
- Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts.
