Base salary: $3,000/month ($36,000 annually) Commission: 6% of profit on closed deals Quarterly accelerator: Reach $300,000+ in closed revenue during a quarter and commission increases to 10% on the quarter's revenue Uncapped earning potential Successful, fully ramped Acquisitions Specialists are expected to have the opportunity to earn $120,000+ annually New hires should expect a ramp-up period as they learn the business and build their pipeline. The first month will be heavily focused on training, with seller conversations beginning as you become comfortable with the process. Warm inbound leads: Spend your time selling—not searching for people to call. We generate a consistent flow of homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling. Performance pays: Earn 6% of profit on closed deals, with the opportunity to increase your commission to 10% when you hit quarterly performance targets. Proven process and training: You don’t need real estate experience. We’ll teach you the business, our sales process, and how to evaluate and structure deals. Our client currently generates approximately 30–40 inbound seller leads per week, with plans to continue increasing lead volume. New opportunities are distributed based largely on who connects with the homeowner first, making responsiveness and urgency critical.
