Job Description At Black Oak Title, we believe the closing isn’t the end — it’s the promise we keep after the celebration. Our Post Closers play a critical role in protecting our clients, partners, and reputation by ensuring every file is complete, accurate, and handled with care, long after the ink dries.
We’re looking for a detail-driven, people-minded Post Closer (Records Specialist) who takes pride in precision, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that great systems create great experiences.
Compensation: $25 - $27 hourly
As a Post Closer at Black Oak Title, you’ll be trusted with the final stewardship of our files and records. Organizing, maintaining, and safeguarding physical and digital records
Performing data entry with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
Assisting with and improving record management policies and procedures to help us get 1% better every day
Bring a college degree (BA or equivalent experience) and a solid foundation to build on
Welcome direction, coaching, and feedback, and see them as tools for growth
Have experience in title processing, mortgage lending, or real estate, and understand how small details carry big consequences
