Job Description

Position: Program Manager – Business Transformation (Manufacturing)

Location: Greater Chicago area, onsite 1 week a month - Locals are preferred

Duration: 12-36 months

Pay rate $70.00 - $80.00 per hour W2

I am looking for an Enterprise level Program Manager for a business transformation within a Manufacturing industry -must come from Manufacturing industry.

This is Project Manager / Program Manager for an enterprise-wide transformation initiative to standardize and modernize how a global manufacturing organization operates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving the Project status with Stakeholders, Implementation Partner and the Business
Drive alignment across SMEs, IT, and implementation partners
Manage program risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Lead change management across diverse business units
Interface with both executive leadership and frontline operations

What You Need:

8+ years of Program / Project Management Office experience - Business side
PMP certified
ERP implementation experience (D365 preferred, SAP/Oracle considered)
Background in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments
Proven ability of project management with complex, cross-functional transformations
Strong communication and decision-making skills
