Proposal and Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal & Sales Support Coordinator to manage bids, quotes, orders, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate RFPs, RFQs, and RFI responses from start to finish
- Prepare and submit accurate proposals and quotes
- Enter and manage orders and quotes in SAP
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics
- Track open orders, shipments, ETAs, and delivery updates
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain vendor and product information
- Assist with procurement, inventory, and purchasing agreements
- Prepare reports and provide general sales support
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Self-starter who works well under pressure
- SAP experience preferred
- Previous proposal, procurement, purchasing, or sales support experience a plus
