- 5+ years of hands-on residential repair/remodel experience
- Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, tile, punch work, installations, etc.
- Clean, professional appearance
- Customer-service oriented people actually enjoy having you in their home
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to work independently and solve problems without melting down over missing screws like its a national emergency
