Responsibilities:

• Oversee laundromat operations during closing shift, ensuring a smooth and secure end-of-day process
• Assist customers with machine operation, payments, and general inquiries
• Monitor and maintain superb cleanliness of the facility, including machines, folding tables, and restrooms
• Report and document any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Enforce facility rules and ensure a safe, respectful environment for all patrons
• Restock supplies such as paper goods
• Perform closing duties including securing the facility, final cleaning, and cash handling

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or attendant experience preferred
• Ability to work closing shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and facility upkeep
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with cash handling responsibilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
