Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients with a variety of mental health needs. This role involves working collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence‑based therapies. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical objectives. Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence‑based approaches. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment details. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers. Participate in case conferences, clinical supervision, and professional development activities. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Provide crisis intervention services as needed and ensure client safety. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Valid and active license to practice as a therapist in Virginia. 2 years of experience working in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Proficiency in conducting various therapeutic modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
