About the Role:

We are seeking a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in managing the intake and outtake of tax documents , scheduling, and client communications. This position requires a strong understanding of individual and business tax workflows , as well as proficiency in Drake Software and Microsoft Office Suite .

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
• Handle intake and outtake of tax documents with accuracy and confidentiality
• Communicate with clients regarding document requirements, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Maintain and organize digital and physical client files
• Support tax professionals with administrative tasks and client correspondence
• Utilize Drake Software for client data entry and document tracking

✅ Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a tax, accounting, or financial services firm
• Proficiency in Drake Software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Solid understanding of individual and business tax processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Compensation:

• $17–$19 per hour , depending on experience
