Position Overview

The Customer Sales Representative will work directly with customers in person to provide tailored product and service recommendations, build relationships, and close sales. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, developing their sales skills, and contributing to a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Represent client brands professionally and accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and client offerings.
• Record and report customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and management to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
