As a Customer Experience Representative at Coastal Waste & Recycling, you'll be the voice of our company, building trust with our customers by delivering exceptional service with every interaction.At Coastal, customer service is a team effort. Our Customer Experience Representatives work together to support customers across all of our markets, partnering with Operations to ensure every customer receives timely, accurate, and caring service.## ## Your RoleAs a Customer Experience Representative, you'll help customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing service requests, and partnering with Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
