Speedie Recovery of South Florida is looking for a dependable, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our Fort Myers office.

This is a busy, fast-paced position with significant customer interaction. We are looking for someone who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and can professionally handle customers both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Greet and assist customers at the front desk
• Schedule vehicle redemption appointments
• Explain required documents, payments, and procedures to customers
• Handle difficult or frustrated customers professionally
• Verify customer information and maintain accurate records
• Process paperwork and update information in our computer system
• Communicate with office staff, lot personnel, and management
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk
• Assist with general administrative and customer service duties

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
