ROOM ATTENDANT MD - FT

Summary: To service vacant and occupied guest rooms in accordance with ZaZa Standards.Essential Functions:Responds to all guest requests appropriately for extra amenities or needed items in roomDepending upon the occupancy volume, is responsible for servicing an determined assigned number of guest rooms for cleaning on a daily basisKnow and follow proper cleaning and servicing procedures for all room typesKeep the supply cart neat and organized at all timesGather own supplies/equipment/amenities as needed dailyChecks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working order (no stashing of any housekeeping equipment or supplies)Report any broken items found in rooms to Engineering or supervisorRemoves room service tables and trays from guest rooms and set in hallwayTurn in any found articles to a supervisor or return it to the Housekeeping office. Follow proper lost & found proceduresFollow all proper Hotel safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as neededWorking Environment:Interior of hotel.
