Dental HygienistWe are looking for a friendly, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing pediatric dental team in Montgomery, Alabama. If you enjoy working with children and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we'd love to meet you!Our team values creating a fun, positive experience for every patient while delivering high-quality preventive dental care.ResponsibilitiesProvide preventive dental hygiene services for pediatric patients.Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, fluoride treatments, and patient education.Take digital radiographs as needed.Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.Partner with doctors and the clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.QualificationsActive Dental Hygienist license in the State of Alabama.Previous pediatric experience is a plus but not required.Must enjoy working with children and families.Excellent communication and patient care skills.Team-oriented with a positive attitude.ScheduleFull-timeApproximately 30–40 hours per weekTypical hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMAverage patient schedule allows one hour per patient, though there may be times when two patients are seen within an hour depending on the schedule.30-minute lunch breakCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experience.401(k)Supportive team environmentOpportunity for professional growth and developmentIf you're looking for a practice where you can build lasting relationships with children and families while working alongside a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!$24 - $26 semi monthly
