No matter what stage of your career, you can build your future at Tempur Sealy!The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, proactive communication, and seamless coordination between Sales, customers, and manufacturing to support successful order execution. **Primary Responsibilites*** Review all customer orders and revisions for accuracy prior to processing.* Prepare and distribute proforma invoices for all Cash-In-Advance (CIA) customers.* Review daily backorder reports and coordinate with the plant to determine ETAs; communicate updates to Sales and customers.* Enter delivery schedules into AX four (4) weeks prior to the first delivery date; three (3) weeks prior for customers with frequent schedule changes.* Maintain accurate delivery contact and location information within AX.* Distribute Delivery Schedules (DS) and Delivery Questionnaires (DQ) to the plant and coordinate resolution of any concerns with Sales, customers, and manufacturing.* Ensure all order holds are cleared prior to entering delivery schedules.* Close completed orders in tracking systems and verify all line items are fully invoiced in AX.* Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date information in SharePoint (tracking system) for all order updates, revisions, and issues* Reconcile delivery discrepancies and invoicing issues in a timely manner.* Provide Bills of Lading (BOLs) to customers as requested. **Salary Range: $54,000-$77,000** **What You’ll Need (Qualifications):*** BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.* 1-2 years’ experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes.* Customer service experience.#LI-DNP #J-18808-Ljbffr
