As a global IT services company, we prioritize attracting, empowering, and retaining top-tier talent dedicated to delivering exceptional results.**Job Summary:**GDT Sales Support Specialist works closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a successful and continued relationship with GDT’s client base with the goal of increasing client satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the business. In this role, you will provide the essential day-to-day facilitation of post sales activities. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work proactively in a fast-paced environment will be the key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:**· Support assigned Account Executives throughout the full sales lifecycle, including pre- and post-sales activities.· Develop and manage quote configurations to ensure seamless and accurate integration into Salesforce.Assist with RFQ/RFP documentation, deal reviews, sales order completion· Communicate with partners, vendors, and suppliers to confirm pricing, discounts, and product availability.· Conduct pricing comparisons using historical data (list price, discount %, GP %) to support strategic quoting decisions.· Assist with deal review and registration· Engage engineers and solution architects to assist with BOM development and opportunity scoping.· Coordinating with GDT’s logistics and purchasing teams to provide tracking information to the customer and implementation teams.· Process and track return material authorizations (RMAs).· Assist with RFQ entry and RFP documentation.· Prepare and submit expense reports, aging reports, commission reports, and other required documentation.· Maintain accurate internal and customer-facing records, including updating GDTiQ with opportunity details (name, stage, close date, quote status) and managing tracking spreadsheets.· Assist with onboarding new customers, partners, and vendors while ensuring compliance with internal processes and documentation standards. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**· Strong customer service orientation including excellent telephone etiquette, including appropriately handling calls from clients.· Microsoft Office required, and SAP preferred.· Organized and demonstrated initiative - must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.· Team oriented, flexible and adaptable; Positive attitude and strong work ethic· Highly polished and professional in demeanorStrong self starter detail oriented, basic Excel knowledge, problem solverGDT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
