The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship. Join us in elevating the fan experience through unparalleled guest service and pride to make Raymond James Stadium one of the best stadiums in the NFL.**THE ROLE**Check-In Attendants are responsible for setting up the check-in area, checking in NPO volunteers, handing out and collecting uniforms at the end of the event; and ensuring that all volunteers checked in are in their assigned stands once gates are opened to the guests.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**Assist with setting up of the check-in* Using the volunteer lists provided, confirm identity of volunteer and check off on list as they arrive to the* Ensure that Volunteer Wavier is on file and if not, have volunteer complete the document at time of check-in.* Hand out NPO uniforms to group leaders and have them sign off that they received* Participate in the pre-event set up of binders and uniforms if* Visit assigned stands and ensure all the volunteers are present in the stands. Communicate with NPO manager if there is a discrepancy .* Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming* Walk the stadium to ensure all volunteers are in their correct locations.* Other duties as**QUALIFICATIONS*** Excellent communication skills, verbal and* Strong attention to* Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing* Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service* Must be able to work independently with limited* Must be able to read and write in* Demonstrates excellent customer service* Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25* Requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
