Lead Concierge

As a Lead Front Desk Concierge, you serve as the primary front desk leader ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and regulatory compliance across the community. What You'll Do: Oversee front desk operations and ensure warm, professional greetings Answer and direct calls promptly with proper community greeting Support sales inquiries and coordinate prospective visits Assist with recruitment data entry and candidate engagement Maintain resident and team rosters, logs, and emergency records Monitor Bistro presentation and entry area standards Manage schedules, call-outs, and Concierge coverage Support move-in coordination and administrative processes Ensure safety protocols, sign-in/out procedures, and Safe Leaving compliance Lead Concierge meetings and support team performance You are the communication hub and hospitality leader balancing service, organization, and accountability. What We're Looking For: HS Diploma/GED; age 18+ Proven customer service experience Experience leading direct reports Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems Pay Range: 23.00 - 28.80 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
