This will be discussed during the interview.- Must have experience with L&D and the willingness to float to other units. If needed, travelers can be floated to any unit of the hospital as a sitter. -First week of orientation will be 7a-7p (3x12s)-Travelers must be comfortable with the prison population. If they don't have experience doing this, they must be willing to be trained for it at the facility.First time travelers are required to have strong experience as the baby nurse at deliveries.Experience with NICU II and well-baby nursery requiredThere are two nurses on duty at any given time. The nurse attending deliveries must be comfortable being the only caregiver in the event of an emergency while the other nurse cares for babies in the nursery.
