Strong knowledge of Agile planning and execution activities, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Retrospectives.
Hands-on experience with Rally for tracking team progress, reporting, and managing RAID items.
Proven ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate with external teams.
Mandatory experience as a Scrum Master on Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation projects.
